Opal Harkless, 86, of Columbus, OH, passed away on August 26, 2015. She was born in Vinton County, OH on June 22, 1929. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hybert and Bernice Remy and husband Francis, daughter, Kathy Crabtree and grandson, Brian Harkless.
Surviving family includes children, Richard A. (Linda) Harkless, Gary L. (Jean) Harkless, Roger W. (Alice) Harkless, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10-11am, Friday, August 28, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will begin at 11am.
Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery, Londonderry, OH at 2pm.
