Orville Homer, 66, of Columbus, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at his home. Born August 2, 1946 in Columbus to the late Ern and Ruth Homer.
Orville served in the US Army in Vietnam.
Survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sandy; daughters, Sherry (John) Wiggins; Wendy (Ken) Hamilton; grandchildren, John and Jack Wiggins, Kennedy Lee and Kayden James Hamilton; mother-in-law, Loree Garner; sister, Nancy Schirtzinger; faithful companion Spade and a host of family and friends.
Friends may call from 5-7 PM Sunday March 17, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus and 1 hour prior to services from 10 – 11 AM Monday. Funeral services will begin at 11 AM Monday with Pastor Rick Vilardo officiating.
Burial in Northlawn Memory Gardens.
