Pastor Judith L. Travis-McCoy-Dulaney, age 51, was called away to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 23, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West. She was preceded in death by her 2nd husband, Pastor Roger McCoy and sister, Ann Marie Hansel. Judy cofounded The Way of Deliverance church and carried on her husband's legacy becoming the Senior Pastor of the church. She is survived by her husband, Jim "J.C." Travis; sons, Cory (Christy) and Victor (Sonya) Dulaney; parents, James and Louise Knight Hansel; brother, Steve (Kathy) Hansel; sisters, Kate (Danny) Taber, Rhonda (Steve) Peters, Teresa (Jerry) Wilson and Dee (Terry) Gregg; stepdaughter, Aimee McCoy; grandchildren, Matthias, Jocelyn and Eli Dulaney Jordan, Zackaryah (Amanda) and Caimen Lewis and Makayla Christian; great grandson, Tyson Rey Lewis. Visitation will be Thursday, August 26, 2010 from 4:00-7:00 PM at The Way of Deliverance Church, 1159 Demorest Rd. Columbus, and also Friday, August 27, 2010 from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM, with the Rev. Johnny Amos, officiating. Interment will be in Galloway Cemetery.
