Patricia A. Boothby, born July 16, 1935, age 77, passed away at home February 12, 2013.
Preceded in death by mother and father; son, Charles Baker; niece, Kim Chiappetta.
Survived by partner of 34 years, Shelia Saunders; sister, Marilyn (Bill) Phillips; daughter, Brenda (Gary) Cordle; grandchildren, Gregg Pearson (Randy), Lee, Keven, Katrina Baker, David (Tina) Cordle; great-grandchildren, Angel, Sarah Pearson, Makayla, Paige, Lucas Cordle; nephews, Graydon and family, Josh Rhodes and family; Shelia's 5 children, Randy, Rick, John, Tammy, Teresa; her beloved dog, Valentine.
A very special thank you to Shelia and Tammy Saunders , Diane from CVS and Hospice for the wonderful care Pat received.
Visitation Friday, February 15, 2013 from 1pm until the time of Funeral Service at 4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
