Patricia A. Chambers

Patricia Ann Chambers, age 92 went home to be with the Lord on March 30, 2023. She was born on January 5, 1931.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Samuel Chambers, son Gerald "Michael" Fuller, parents Lucille and Paul O'Hearn, sister Sue Decker and son in law LTC Gary Carder.
She is survived by daughters Dixie Carder and Mary (Rob) Myers of Columbus, Ohio. Her grandchildren Michelle (Herb) King, Eric (Alyssa) Carder, Jason (Melissa) Carder, Samantha Meade, Jeremy (Caroline) Knowles and Acen Fuller.
She was blessed with great grandchildren, Alyssa King, Mallory King, Savannah Boone, Annikin Jackson, Haiden Jackson, Callen Carder, Ellia Carder, Riley Carder, Breeanna Carder, Heather (Christian) Irskens, Adam Lanzer and Chad Lanzer. She also had great-great grandchildren, Brennan Mitchell, Mahlia Crawford, Levi and Luke Irskens and twins Brooklyn and Blake Irskens.
She a several great friends over the years, especially Juanita Chambers and Lucille Alexander with whom her friendship spanned over 60 years. A special Thank You to her friend of the last few years, Bob Parsons. She was fortunate to have had experienced five living generations several times in her life. She loved singing karaoke, dancing and being the life of the party. All who knew her, knew her spunky personality and zest for life. She often visited the veterans at the VA Hospital and was a proud member of The Amvets #1928, American Legion post #532 and VFW Post #4044.
Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123. The visiting hours for family and friends will be Wednesday 4/5 from 5pm-8pm. The funeral service will be on Thursday 4/6 at 10:30 with interment following at Greenlawn Cemetery. Pastor Jason Kear will be officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the Amvets Post #1928 at 3840 West Broad St, Columbus OH 43228
