Patricia Finan-Clifft, 73, passed away April 23, 2023. She was preceded in death by father, Richard Daniel and Juanita Jeannette Finan; brother, Ronald Finan; aunt, Joan McElhinny. Pat is survived by husband, Gerald R. Clifft Jr.; sons, Wess Cole (Holly) and Scott David Johnson; grandchildren, Scott David Jr., Matthew Joseph, Ivy Chase, Mia Grace, Ryan Austin, Zoe Alexis, and Lexi Scarlett Johnson; great-grandchildren, Aubry Rose, Ava Rae, and Emery Nicole Johnson; brothers, Joseph Richard and Richard Daniel (Sandra) Finan; numerous nieces and nephews.
Pat enjoyed spending her time with her family. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
Visitation Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 1pm until the time of funeral service at 3pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
