Paul Marlowe Franken Sr., 55, of Columbus, passed away Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Mt. Carmel West. He was born December 12, 1954, in Columbus. Paul is survived by his loving wife and caregiver, Denise Hoffman Franken; son, Paul "P.J." (Tracey) Franken Jr.; daughters, Stephanie (Jeremy) Darnell and Danielle Bocock; mother, Mary Frances "Fran" Marlowe; brothers, Mark (Hang) Franken, Greg (Jackie) Franken and David (Gabrielle) Franken; sisters, Angel Wolfe and Julie (Mike) Graessle; seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Franken. Visitation will be Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Monday, May 3, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 471 E. Broad St Columbus, OH 43215.
