Paul E. Yates, 65, of Utica, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007, at Columbus Rehabilitation Hospital. He was born July 29, 1941, in Columbus, son of the late William and Rosa Rediger Yates. In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his brothers, William, Wilton, Salem, Truman, Frank, Denver, Carrol and Ed; sister, Betty Lawler. He is survived by his sisters, Darlene (Joe) Yoder of Columbus and Alice (Merle) Bachelder of Dallas, Texas; special friends, Charles Loudermilk and Mary Root. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 18, 2007 from 10:00-12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 12:45 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad Street, Columbus. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
