Penny J. Brown, 50 of Columbus passed away April 2, 2006 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. She was born on Nov. 1, 1955 to Ralph and Janice Runkle. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Janice Runkle; Husband, David Brown. Penny is survived by her Son, Shane Brown; Daughter, Elizabeth Brown; Father and Step-Mother, Ralph and Patty Runkle; Brothers, Michael (Cindy) Runkle and Greg Runkle; Step-Sisters, Christina Runkle, Lea Banks, and Katie Runkle; Grandchildren, Corey, Justin, Shana, Michele, Zach; several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. at the Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place at 1:00 P.M. in Reber Hill Cemetery in Ashville, Ohio.
