Perry E. Evans III, Columbus, passed away Monday, October 07, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Perry was born in Columbus, OH on November 21, 1946, to Perry E. Jr. and Laveda (Mock) Evans and is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Austin Evans.
Survivors include his daughters, Rebecca (Tom) Wolfe, Kelly Evans, Michele Conlon; brothers, Robert (Georgia) Evans; grandchildren, Gabby (Stan Smales) Hamm, Alyssa (David) Thompson, Latisha (Gavin Caudell) Bayes, Kalita (Rob Baccus) Bayes, Perry Conlon, Dustin and Justin Evans, Melanie Wilmoth, Lydia Wolfe; great-grandchildren, Ellah, Jayden, Jazzianna, Gavin; nephew, Michael Evans; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Perry loved to fish, loved his "Buckeyes" and most importantly, loved being with his "Family".
Family and friends will gather on Friday, October 11, 2013, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Saturday, October 12, 2013, 10:00 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at Kingwood Memorial Park.
