Philliph Jerome Wells age 52 of Columbus passed away February 2, 2003
At Ohio State Hospital East. Preceded in death by son Darnelle Wells parents William C. & Anna Lou ( Head) Wells; sisters Mary Rickman, Virginia Wright; brother Richard and Kimsey Head. Survived by wife Lorraine, daughter Latisha Green, sons Philliph Wells ll, Aaron Wells, James Wells, grandsons Andre Wells,Antonio Green; Arnell Wade and Darnell Wells; sister Mattie Yarborough (Gerald Pace), brothers David (Marjorie) Head and John (Dorothea) Head. Funeral service will be 12 P.M. Friday, at Trinity Baptist Church 431 St. Clair Avenue. Columbus Family will recieve friends one hour prior to service. Interment is in Evergreen Cemetery.
