Phyllis L. Gattis

Phyllis L. Gattis, 78, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021.

She was born in St. Louis, MO on August 22, 1942 to George Driver and Cora Mason (Robinson).

She is preceded in death by her; mother, Cora Mason, and husband, William Gattis.

Her memories will be cherished by her oldest daughter, Anna Gattis-Lyles (Danny), Rowlett, TX; youngest daughter, Lynne Gattis-Cunningham (Larson), Frisco, TX; God daughter, Natasha Taylor (Anwar), Gahanna, OH; Grandson, Danny Lyles Jr, Lewisville, TX; Skylar Lyles, Rowlett, TX; nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.

Mom:

Thank you for always being there through the good and bad times.
We will always remember your smile.
We appreciate all you've done and are grateful for the time that we shared with you here in Texas.
You fought a brave fight throughout your battle with Ovarian cancer.
You never complained, your only concern was for Denise and I.
We all have a cross to bear and you stayed in the race bearing your cross until you could no longer.
You will be truly missed.
We thank God for allowing your time here on earth to be a wife, mother, grandmother, and best friend.
We know you are now at peace.
Thank God for a life well lived.
