Phyllis Miller, 82, passed away August 28, 2011. She was born on September 22, 1929 in Richwood, WV to George D. and Elizabeth Davis. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Avanell Johnson, brothers, Paul Davis and George Davis Jr., grandson, Darren Parden. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald Miller, daughter, Leanne (Billy) Parden, sons, Gary (Lisa) Miller, Donald (Krista) Miller, grandchildren, Chris, John, Sara, Kara, Melissa, Jason, Justin, many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Phyllis was a member of Refuge of Hope Full Gospel Church for 20 years. She attended Lee College. She was a minister from age 16. She copastored with her husband for over 50 years. She was a prayer warrior of the church. Phyllis was loved by all who knew her and she will be missed greatly. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am, Thursday, September 1, 2011 in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
