Phyllis Williams, 81, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Phyl was born March 20, 1939, in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Carma William, sister and brothers Joyce Berman, Elwood Williams, and Gordon Williams.
Survived by sisters: Loreli Dailey, Florida; Velma (Eddie) Hoop, Grove City; Judy Cook, Indianapolis, Indiana; many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Phyl was an active member of Highland Baptist Church where she served the Lord by teaching Sunday School and Missions for many years. She also was an active member and teacher of the International Women's Bible Study. She was retired from Nationwide Insurance. A memorial service is being planned for the spring.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Highland Baptist Church Lottie Moon International Missions Offering, (3460 Hoover Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123) in Phyl's memory.
