Primo J. Pagura, 78, Columbus, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. He was a Korean War Veteran, retired from Columbus Showcase and was a member of Moose Lodge #1427. A talented carpenter, Primo used his gift to create beautiful bird houses and feeders. Primo was born June 9, 1933, and is preceded in death by his mother, Genoeffa Pagura; in-laws, Jack & Lucille Storey; sister, Antoinette Thacker. Survivors include his devoted wife of 56 years, Evelyn; will be deeply missed by Dave & Annette Pagura, Russ Rogers, Debbie Rogers, Brian Lehner, Alessandra Martinelli, other mother, Philomena Sartori and the joys of his life, grandchildren, Jonathan Rogers and Lauren Rogers, nieces, nephews and many friends. Family and friends are invited to gather from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Thursday, January 26, 2012, at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. A Christian Mass will be held on Friday, January 27, 2012, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 1559 Roxbury Road, Columbus, OH 43212.
