Surviving family includes, mother, Jean Purdy, children, Robert Andrew Purdy, Peter Purdy, Marni Purdy, Brian Farnsworth, James Farnsworth, siblings, David Purdy, Phyllis Gourley, Wayne Purdy, Dean Purdy, grandchildren, Brianna Hall, Nathaniel, Wyatt, Olivia, Kiara, Darren, Dylan, Dawson, Lillian, Brendon, Brody, former wife, Sharon Lentz.
Private graveside services will be held at Hopewell Cemetery, Mount Vernon, OH.
