Rajeswari Indurti, 71, of Powell, OH, passed away peacefully at her home, on Thursday, 11/9/2023.
Rajeswari was born on July 31st, 1952, in Chennai, India to the late Gopalakrishna Murthi and Sakuntala Devanaboina. Rajeswari graduated from Andhra Medical College and King George Hospital in Vizag, India in 1978, where she met her future husband Sreekanth. They married on August 3,1979, and he survives in Powell, Ohio. Rajeswari was a successful doctor and practiced family medicine in India, until moving to America in 1991.
Rajeswari is survived by her two children, Ananya (Kuldeep) Indurti of Dehradun, India and Akhil (Rachel) Indurti of Powell, Ohio. Rajeswari has three grandchildren, Pria and Zubin Indurti (5), and Vaanya Indurti Singh (5). Also surviving are her brothers, Ravi, Dan, and Ram Devanaboina, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Rajeswari was a devoted Hindu and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid gardener and loved tending to her flowers/plants. She was an excellent cook, specializing in vegetarian dishes. She was a keeper of her family's mementos and enjoyed writing recipes that she would find.
