Ralph Nichols, 85, of Galloway, Ohio, passed away December 12, 2022. He was born on November 25, 1937 in Greensburg, PA to the late Ralph Morris and Maude (Morris) Nichols.
He is preceded in passing by his parents; sisters, Nikki (Lucky) and Ruth.
Ralph proudly served in the United States Air Force for 24 years. He extended his education as an engineer then worked for Ryan International in Columbus for over twenty years. He was an avid golfer, where he spent his spare time. When he was not on the golf course, his hobby was collecting and learning about HO trains.
Surviving family includes wife of 64 years, Joann Nichols; children, Misty (Phillip) Paolini, Wendy (Donny) Neff; grandchildren, Nicholas (Sarah), Elizabeth (Stephen), Javin, Jazlyn (Tyler), Kyliegh; great-grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Anthony, Evelyn, Lenora and many other loving friends and family members.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday, December 19, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
