Randall L (Randy) Mizer passed away April 10, 2024 at 70 years of age.
He was born March 2, 1954 to the late Larry E. and Carrie Woodward Mizer in Zanesville, Ohio. His early childhood was spent in McConnelsville, Ohio, the family later moving to Columbus, Ohio due to Larry's employment there. Randy loved all sports, playing basketball during his high school years at Northland High School, graduating from there in 1972.
He began his working career with Sylvania Co., and eventually retired from Amerisources. Randy loved animals, especially dogs. He was an avid fitness lover and followed a strict regime daily as long as his health permitted.
Randy is survived by an uncle, Gary Woodward, aunt, Glenna Weith, and most caring and loyal friends, Paul, Bernita, Gene and George.
Calling hours at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, Ohio on May 11, 2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM, memorial service to follow at 1 PM.
