Randall L Bond “Randy” (1942–2024)
Randall L Bond , aged 81, passed away on May 2, 2024. He was born to Jack and Sarah Bond. Randy was a devoted husband to Jenny Bond.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his brothers Steven “Steve”, James “Jim” and sister-in-law, Mary (Steve).
Randy is survived by his wife, Jenny, his brother Robert “Bob” (Denise), sister Mary Sue Forni (Bruce) and sister-in-law Joyce Bond (late Jim). He also leaves behind his son Chris, (daughter-in-law Kim), son Matthew and grandchildren, Cody, Bailey and Jackson. Additionally, his nephews and nieces; Daniel, Nicholas (Brandy), Ryan (Nikki), Cristin (Jordan), Mills Forni (Sarah), Sara Forni and countless friends who cherished their time with him.
Randy will be fondly remembered for his many passions and hobbies. His greatest was his love for sailing, a love he passed on to his two sons. He enjoyed challenging himself with trivia nights with his brother, Bob. Randy was a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills and The Ohio State University. Randy also found great joy in reading. One of Randy's greatest pleasures in life was spending time with his brothers, sons and nephews. Together, they would embark on trips to Put-in-Bay, creating cherished memories that will forever be remembered and treasured.
Professionally, Randy made significant strides in his working life. Starting at Color Tile and worked his way up the ranks, eventually becoming the Vice President of a large paint company. His dedication and leadership left a lasting impact on those who worked alongside him.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Franklin County Humane Society in Randy’s name. A Celebration of Life will be held this summer in honor of Randy.
Randy's life motto was simple yet profound: "Be Good." He lived by these words, always striving to be kind, caring, and compassionate towards others. His legacy lives on through the memories shared by those who knew and loved him. Rest in Peace, Randy.
