Randy E. Brooks, 50, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2008 at St. Ann's Hospital. He was born May 27, 1957, in Columbus, son of the late Orlando and Minnie Jane Howard Brooks Jr. In addition to his parents, Randy is preceded in death by a niece, Briana Brooks. He is survived by his wife, Sharon LeMaster Brooks; daughter, Samantha (Charles) Ramsey; sons, Randy and Michael Brooks; grandchildren, Lalena and Kallie Ramsey; brother, Larry (Cindy) Brooks. Visitation will be Thursday, February 14, 2008 from 4:00-8:00 PM at High Street Baptist Church, 7399 N. High Street, Columbus. Funeral service will be Friday, February 15, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Randy's memory to High Street Baptist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
