Raymond E. Burke, 83, of Columbus, OH, passed away May 4, 2011. He was born in Lockbourne, OH on November 15, 1927 to Homer and Pearl (Cooper) Burke. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Beauford "Boots", sisters, Eva, brothers, Homer, Ralph and Jim. Surviving family includes, daughter, Sherry (Frank) Butcher, son, Barry Utzinger, grandchildren, Brandon (Christina) Clay, Chance Clay, Jason (Megan) Utzinger, Amanda Utzinger, great-grandchild, Trevor Utzinger, sisters, Betty (Jim), Pat, Mary (Harold), brothers, Bill (Wanda), Dick (Betty), Don (Elsa), Ed (Joan). Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, May 6, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am, Saturday, May 7, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Grove City Cemetery.
