Raymond E. Riffle, 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, August 25, 2022 in Pataskala, Ohio.
He was born on September 23, 1955 in Wood County, West Virginia to Raymond A. Riffle and Anne Hastings.
Ray is preceded in death by his father, Raymond A. Riffle.
Ray is survived by his wife of 39 years, Pamela Riffle; children, Raymond J. Riffle, Damon (Heather) Berry, Shanon (Jamie) Blackburn, Christina (Shawn) Tomlinson; grandchildren, Raymond D Riffle, Taylor (Anthony) Woods, Olivia Cole-Berry, Samantha (Justin) Tomlinson, Jacob Johnson, Aidan Berry, Riley (Aubrey) Blackburn, Cole Tomlinson; great-grandchildren, Avery Woods, Cora Domitrovich; mother, Anne (Larry) Linton; siblings, Linda Boils, Robert (Sheila) Riffle, Dawn (Rob) Mathner and a host of family and friends.
Ray retired from Whitehall City Schools after 30 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and hunting. He is remembered fondly by all for his willingness to lend a helping hand.
The family will have a private visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice in Ray's honor.
