Richard Childers

Richard Childers, dedicated husband, father and grandfather, passed away on November 3, 2022 in Circleville, Ohio. Born to Clyde and Virginia Childers, he grew up in Columbus, Ohio with 7 siblings. He met and married Jennie Lynn Childers (Seiling). They were together for 31 years.

Richard enjoyed working on cars, fishing and playing with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Virginia Childers; son, Shawn Keese; daughter, Tara Carolus and granddaughter, Talia Austin. Richard is survived by his wife, Jennie; son, Christopher Carolus; daughter, Ashley Keese; grandchildren, Harmon, Abigail, Shawn, Richard, Addison, Aidan, Alivea; and his 7 siblings.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2022. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest, 3393 Broadway, Grove City.
