Richard D. Mathews, 73, born July 23, 1938, was called to heaven October 19, 2011. Preceded in death by parents, Richard and Pauline; son, Charles; and sister, Sandra (William) Love. Survivors include loving wife, Mary; children, Robert (Barbara), Michelle (Michael) Dalton, Mark (Barbara), Donna (Ted) Born and Thomas; siblings, Roger (Carol), Judy Miller, Bonnie Pack, Kay Miller and Paula; also survived by many, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, October 28, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family at the services.
