Richard "Dick" Owen Alexander

Richard O. (“Dick”) Alexander, passed away peacefully after a brief illness at Kobacher House on July 27, 2024. Dick was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, as well as his son Neil (Suzanne) Alexander. He leaves behind his beloved wife Nancy, children Shawn Alexander (Jack Jones), Rick Alexander (Jennifer Royall), Todd Alexander (Beth), Jon Alexander, his six grandchildren Sarah, Matthew, Benjamin, Jacob, Abby and Patrick, one great grandson, Bruce and his dog, Ruby. 

Dick held many successful sales and management positions in the pharmaceutical and financial services industries, finally retiring from Morgan Stanley. He grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and never lost his love of the city or the sports teams. He was excited about the upcoming Steelers football season. He was gregarious and friendly and never knew a stranger. 

Friends and family are invited to attend a mass at St. Joan of Arc at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, at 10700 Liberty Rd, Powell, OH, 43065. Immediately following mass, please join the family for a Celebration of Life at the clubhouse at The Ravines at Scioto Reserve, 4335 Scenic View Dr., Powell, OH.
