Richard Allen Joyner, Jr.

Richard Allen "Richie" Joyner Jr., of Lancaster, passed away on February 9, 2021 at Grant Hospital with family by his side. He was born to the late Richard and Beverly Joyner on February 23, 1956. He was preceded in death by his wife Judith Joyner.

Richie was a caring husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle. He worked for several years at RFX Trucking working with his best friend Danny Chester. Richie loved his sports. He was a diehard OSU, Cleveland Browns, LA Lakers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Boston Bruins fan. He loved going to Wheeling Casino and betting on the dogs.

He is survived by his sisters Cheryl (Raymond) Baker, Theresa (Larry) Fyffe, Carla (Patrick) Littlefield and Michelle (Matthew) Severns; stepchildren Steve (Amber) Rose Jr., Timothy (Tabbitha) Rose, Deana Rose and Brandon Clay; grandchildren Tyler, Cameron, Wes, Hayden, Kay and Lexi; many nieces and nephews and his fur baby Sage.
