Richard "Rick" H. Leavitt, 35, of Grove City, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Rick was born July 26, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio. Rick is survived by his parents, Sandy (Rod) Warner, and Charles Leavitt; son, Tyler Richard Leavitt; brother, Charles (Heather) Leavitt; sister, Tammy (Darren) Rigel; grandparents, Loretta and Stan Mayle; nephew, Chaz; nieces, Carli, and Casey; aunts, Janet, Nan, and Sus; uncles, Jack, Wayne, and Richard; cousins, Kenny and Lori. Rick is also survived by many wonderful friends. Rick was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 30, 2008 from 1:00PM-3:00PM and 5:00PM-7:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Tyler Leavitt in care of any Chase bank.
