Richard Edwin Marsh, 88, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2007. Richard was a veteran of WWII serving in the Army, a 32nd degree Mason, and a retired teamster. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian (Fitzgerald) Marsh; parents, Lester and Laura Marsh; brother, Bob Marsh. Richard is survived by his son, Richard (Cathy) Marsh; step son, Denny (Jan) Caylor; step daughter, Georgie (Dick) Hickle; sister, Evelyn Leonard; nephew, Richard (Karen) Leonard; four grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, November 23, 2007 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Avondale Church, 89 Avondale Avenue, Columbus, Ohio, Rev. Kevin Chambers officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Cemetery.
