Richard Douglas Parr, 45, Westerville, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at Riverside Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Doug was born to Richard L. and Ruth (Spillman) Parr in Columbus, OH on June 13, 1962. Besides his parents, Doug is survived by two daughters, Nichole (Rusty) Blackburn and Tiffany Lynn Parr; grandchildren, Destiny and Alyssa Blackburn; sister, Janet (Ben) Sutter; niece, Amanda Sutter; nephews, Chris and Nathan Sutter; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 8, 2007, from 5-8PM Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Funeral service Monday, July 9, 2007, 1:00PM at the funeral home.
