Richard A. Scott, age 90, passed away on January 5, 2020. He was born on May 20, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois.
Richard proudly served in the Air Force during WWII and the Korean War and was stationed at the Rhein-Main Air Base in Germany. He was an amazing father and adored his family. Richard will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and strong faith. Richard was a member of the Madison Christian Church where he was also a member of the choir and the J.O.Y. Group.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Ann Hoffman; children, Jeri (Bob) Mayes, Doug (Nancy) Scott, Brian (Tina) Scott, Michel (Jeff) Seitz; loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife of 53 years and mother of his children, Phyllis Scott.
The family will receive guests on Sunday, January 12, 2020 from 2-3:00 p.m. at Madison Christian Church, 3565 Bixby Road in Groveport, Ohio. The Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 p.m.
