Richard Smith, 61, of Columbus, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Born to Richard and Mandora Smith on November 26, 1947, Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jackie. Survivors include his nieces, Cynthia (Frank) Lowe and Jessica Robinson; son, Richard (Nicole) Smith III; sister, Joyce Smith; grandchildren, Kayana, Adriana and Devin Smith; great nephews, Jordan West and Jackson Lowe; aunts, Shirley Harris, Frances Williams and Beatrice Lewis; former wife, Gertrude Moore; many cousins and good friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM at The Supreme Council of the House of Jacob, 1340 Deshler Avenue, Columbus, OH 43206 with the Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
