Ricky Lee Foor

Ricky L. Foor, 68 left this world on Friday, December 3rd and is now resting in the arms of Jesus. Preceded in death by father Noland Foor, mother Kathryn (Bulen) Foor, Step-mother Evelyn Foor, brother Richard Foor, Sisters in Law Sharon Ferguson and Sandy Schaub, nephew Robert (Bobby) Smith, and Father-in-Law, Joseph Schaub. Survived by loving wife of 34+ years Jodi (Schaub) Foor, brother Roger (Pat) Foor, sisters Dorothy (Art) Penird, Gini (Roger) Cremeans, Eileen (Doug) Garrabrandt, Step Father in Law Pat Glonek, Sister in Law Patti Cooper, numerous nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great nephews and God daughters Haleigha and Kalaya Weeks (who are also his great nieces, parents Rob (Lindsay) Weeks also numerous friends and brothers and sister in Christ. Also survived by his loving Mother in Law Margie (Schaub) Glonek to whom he shared a very special bond. Rick and his wife Jodi truly enjoyed traveling and showing Alaskan Malamutes for several years with their dear friend Vicki Jordan. Rick was a wonderful cook and also enjoyed fishing and most recently spending some time traveling in the RV when he was able. He served our country in the U.S. Army for 8 years and spent a short time on the Whitehall Auxiliary Police Department. He retired from Fed Ex where he spent many years as a home delivery route owner. Rick was very caring, compassionate, and a true Man of God. He loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a wonderful spiritual mentor to his wife and countless others as he held a bible study at his home every week for many, many years. We rejoice in the fact that he is no longer suffering and is in the arms of Jesus. This is not goodbye but "farewell for now". We will cherish your love and memories forever. Go rest high on that mountain 'Good and Faithful servant" for your work on earth is done…. Until we meet again… A burial is being arranged will be held on Thursday, December 9th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Glen Rest Memorial Gardens - Reynoldsburg, OH 8029 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later time for all that wish to attend.
