Rita Collins, age 61, passed away on March 20, 2022. She was born on August 22, 1960 in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Rita is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Tim; children, Amanda Gray, Stephie Habecker, Cameron Collins; mother, Frances Cameron; brothers, Mark (Randa) Cameron, Steve (Sara) Cameron, Mike (Clifta) Cameron; grandchildren, Tyler, Hayden, Keagan. She was preceded in death by her father, William Cameron.
Rita has always been the person to go to for so many people. If you had a dying plant, she could make it grow. Anyone could go to her with their problems and she would offer a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. Being around her took the stress of the world away. Rita always felt she was a bother to anyone who interacted in her life. Today we celebrate her life and show how she was never a bother but always a blessing.
The visitation will be on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 1-2:00 p.m. at Newcomer-Sw Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City, Ohio 43123. The Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in the name of Rita Collins, to support the Multiple Sclerosis Support Fund (#311360) at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
