Robert L. Bebber,79, of Minerva Park, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born September 5, 1933 in Greeneville, TN, son of the late Robert and Bessie Holland Bebber.
Robert was a Major in the Green Berets that served three tours during Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Justice Bebber; daughters, Vicki (David) Katona and Sherri (Mike) Seiber; son, Bob (fiancee' Tara Johnson) Bebber; sisters, Joanne (Eddie) King and Anita (Tom) Wyman; grandchildren, Ryan Tongret, Kyle and Alex Seiber, Shannon and Nick Katona.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 10:00-12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, with the memorial service beginning at 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
You are loved and truly missed, please keep all who loved him in your thoughts and prayers, especially as we navigate the holidays while mourning this great man who was a husband, father, grandfather, brother and a friend to many and served his country for many years.
