Robert G. Brokaw Sr., age 85, of Westerville, OH passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023. Robert was born on July 12, 1938 in Flushing, OH to the late Wilford and Lola Brokaw. He was a 1957 graduate of West High School, served in the U.S. Military Army National Guard Reserves from 1962 till 1967, a 32nd degree York Rite Mason, and a long time PGA member. Robert's passion in life was being a Professional Golf instructor.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Judith, his brother, William, and 2 great-grandchildren, Chevelle and Braelynn. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carol, their children, Ruth (Mark), Natalie (Mike), Robert Jr. (Adrienne), Donald (Nicole), MaryAnn (John), Martha (Tim), 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to say a special thank you to the caring and compassionate staff of Carriage Court of Grove City and Mount Carmel Hospice.
Private ceremony to be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice or American Cancer Society.
