Robert D. "Bob" Franklin, 74, passed away January 21, 2013. He was born May 26, 1938.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Nelle Franklin. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Helen; children, Russell Wilson, Janae (Levi Maxwell) Wilson and Michael (Jana) Wilson; sister, Donna (Bob) Russell and grandson, Byron Wilson. Bob served his country proudly in the U.S.M.C. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, January 25, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial at Union Cemetery.
