Robert A. Dunlap, 72, of Columbus, went to be with the Lord, June 20, 2007. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Dunlap Jr.; parents, Charles and Ethel (Watts) Dunlap and brother, Monte. Robert is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Marilyn; children, Monte Dunlap, Shelley (Steve) Spinks-Rowe, Jody Jean (Carl) Burks, Steven (Laura) Dunlap; 1 sister; 4 brothers and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Robert was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and a lifetime member of the NRA. He loved spending his time fishing and hunting. Robert loved people, he never met a stranger and would give the shirt off his own back for anyone. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather that loved his family very much. Funeral services will be held 6:00PM Friday, June 22, 2007 at Memorial Baptist Church, 2435 Eakin Rd., Columbus, Ohio with Pastor Tom Wright Jr. officiating. Visitation will be held 2:00-6:00PM Friday, June 22, 2007 at the church. Burial will be held 10:00AM Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Sunset Cemetery.
