Robert E. Pierce, 77, of Columbus, OH, passed away March 13, 2011. He was born in Charlotte, NC to Herbert and Ruth (Zeisler) Pierce. Robert served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving family includes, daughters, Susan Mogan, Kimberly Schrack, Sharon Farrar, son, Brian Pierce, sisters, Annette Snider, Mary Walker and 10 grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm, Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00pm, Sunday, March 20, 2011 in the funeral home.
