Robert J. Bell, 74 of Westerville, passed away at his residence, surrounded by his loving family on July 13, 2015. Born on August 10, 1940 to the late Joseph and Isal (Huber) Bell in Columbus, OH. Robert worked for Ohio Malleable, Nestle, and retired from Kinetic Noise Control. Survived by wife of 52 years Vera Loraine (May) Bell, son Kevin (Stephanie) Bell, several loving cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
