Robert Lewis Kautz, Jr., 60, of Gahanna, passed away Good Friday. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lewis Kautz Sr.; mother, L. Rose Kautz and niece, Deborah "Sissie" Speck. Bob was the owner of Bob Kautz Electric, established in 1952. He is survived by his wife, Kate (nee Katzendorn) Kautz; son, Ray Lewis Kautz; daughter, Robyn (Mitchell) Perry; brother, William F. (Paula) Kautz; sister, Deborah Speck; grandson, Layne Perry and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Bob will also be deeply missed by the Gann, Katzendorn, Cope, Bebout, Sackett, Kautz, Teaford and Kirby families. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 15, 2009 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Bob was a proud father and grandfather, providing husband and big brother. He was an enthusiastic member of the Mustang Club of Ohio and an avid Kentucky Derby and Little Lion Dogs fan.
