Robert Kolb, age 71, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018. He was born on December 27, 1946 in San Francisco, CA.
Bob was a proud father and loving husband who will be missed dearly. He was an active participant in coaching youth sports including basketball, baseball and football. He enjoyed going to car shows and fishing with Isaiah
Surviving family includes wife, Louise Kolb; son, Isaiah Robert Xavier; sister-in-Law, Kathy (Gene) Beretich; brother-in-law, Daniel (Linda) Swords; nieces and nephews, Andrea (Sean) Light, Joe (Stephanie) Swords and Megan Beretich; great-nieces, Abigail, Norah and Sadie; great-nephew, Jacob; also survived by numerous extended family and loved ones, including Ken and Pat Wilson; Carolyn Earnhardt; and Don, Melissa, Nolan and Brett Maxson.
Preceded in death by parents, Horace and Ursula Kolb; mother and father-in-law, Vally Swords and Robert Swords.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. where visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, OH 43214, St. Jude Children Research Hospital by visiting, www.stjude.org/donate or Humane Society of Delaware County, by visiting http://www.hsdcohio.org/donate.
