Robert Lee Baisden Jr.

Robert Lee Baisden Jr., 82, passed away November 17, 2013. He was preceded in death by parents, Robert Lee Sr. and Linda; brothers, Millard, Henry, Brady, Everett, Earl, Ray and Noah; sisters, Mercy Jean and Mavis Jean.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Nary Jane; children, Brenda (Donnie) Zirkle, Robert Lee Baisden III, Ronald (Robin) Baisden and Linda (Mike) Shepherd, Lupe Crispin; brothers, Ralph and Paul (Debbie) Baisden; sister, Jessie (Clinton) Ferguson; grandchildren, Lynette (Cory), Esperanza, Robert IV, Amber (Brandon), Mikey, Ronald Jr., Brandon, Emily; great-grandchildren, Cadence, Dylan, Aubrey, Rylan Brandon Jr., Lexi, Jazmine, Sophia and Autumn; and many other family and friends.

Robert served in the United States Marine Corps from 1953-1955, during the Korean Conflict. Enjoyed drag racing at National Trails, and also at Columbus Motor Speedway during the 1960s. Loved to play guitar and listen to Blue Grass music. Retired from Lennox Industries after 35 years. He was loved by many.

Visitation Thursday, November 21, 2013 from 4-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, November 22, 2013 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at the Funeral Home. Chaplin Steve Dunn from Racers for Christ to officiate. Interment to follow at Bethel Cemetery, Mt. Sterling, OH.
