Robert E. "Bob" Lycans, 70, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 29, 2007, in Huntington, WV. Born to the late Homer and Bessie (Wiley) Lycans, Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Ruth (Dilworth) Lycans. Survivors include sons, Steve (Deborah) Lycans and Randy (Melinda) Lycans; sisters, Laura, Ann, Virginia, and Delores; brothers, Kenneth and James Lycans; grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Nicholas and Benjamin Lycans. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH. Funeral service will be Friday August 3, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Jersey Cemetery. Messages of condolence may be left at www.NewcomerFamily.com
