Robin Lynn Lewis, age 61, of Thornville, passed peacefully on August 2, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born in Columbus on June 22, 1955. She was a collector of Precious Moments which she shared with her family in her last days. She loved to work in her yard with her flowers and feeding her birds. Most of all she loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Robin worked at the garage for the main library in downtown Columbus; she drove a trolley at Easton where she would sing with the children while they rode, and she also worked several years at the Amos Inn on Cleveland Avenue for her mother.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy L. Lewis, sons Joe (Erika) Dials, Gary Dials, daughter Amy (Rich) Musser; ten grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Connie (Terry) Holder, Sandra (Bob) Raby and Edie (Tim) Buckle, and Rustie Walters.
She was preceded in death by her father, Estel Walters; mother and stepfather, Gary and Esther Gorsuch; and her nephew Todd Rhoades.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Rd. in Columbus on Monday, August 8th from 11:00am to 1:00 with a service immediately following.
A burial will follow at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Lancaster, Ohio.
