Roger W. Larson 79, of Columbus passed away November 17, 2005 at St. Ann's Hospital. He was born on June 4, 1926 in Washington D.C. to the late John David and Catherine (Jones) Larson. Mr. Larson was retired Southern Baptist Minister with over 30 years of service. He faithfully served his country in the U.S. Army during W.W. II, Korea, and Vietnam Wars. Roger retired from the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant E-8. He is preceded in death by his Parents; Wife, Rosemary (Aten) Larson; Son, Larry Larson; and Brother, John Larson. Roger is survived by his Daughter, Mitzi (Joe) Fay; Son, Scott (Norma) Larson; Daughter, Bethany Stahl; Son, Mike Crawford; Sister, Mary (Bob) Keller; Brothers, Richard (Jane) Larson, and Paul (Sally) Larson; 10 Grandchildren; Six Great-Grandchildren. Friends may call on Sunday, November 20, 2005 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.at the Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. A funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2005 at 6:00 P.M. the Maize Road Baptist Church 4251 Maize Road Columbus, Ohio 43224 with Pastor John Kirby officiating.
