Ronald L. Genheimer, Jr., 47 of Gahanna, passed away Monday, May 4, 2009, at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was born on September 11, 1961, in Columbus, Ohio. Survivors include his loving wife, Teri Genheimer; daughters, Rachel Genheimer and Natalie Mullins; mother, Karen Hood; step father, Reverend James Hood; father, Ronald L. Genheimer, Sr.; step mother, Margie Genheimer, grandmother, Myrtle Langley; brothers, Oscar (Lisa) Hood, Tony Genheimer and Michael (Rebecca) Genheimer; sisters, Brandy (Darren) Craddock and Lisa (Dave) Blauser; mother-in-law, Shirley Meyers; sisters-in-law, Jane Speakman and Tina (James) Barrett; brother-in-law, Joseph (Tammy) Meyers; special loving aunt, Judy Langley; many more aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, 4-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral on Thursday, May 7, 2009, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Andrew V. Grainger of Columbus Oncology & Hematology Association for his wonderful care during the last three years.
