Ron is survived by his wife, Barbara Talmage Hartman. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 28, 2007 from 11:00-1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Northlawn Memory Gardens, 6070 State Route 3, Westerville.
