Ronald Highwarden 61, Columbus, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Ron was born in Columbus on November 26, 1949, to the late Eugene and Dorothy (Barker) Highwarden. Survivors include his wife, Ruby (Patton) Highwarden; sister, Sharon (Leonard) Lewis; brother, Mark Highwarden; step-children, Melissa Barker, Charlene Richmond, Romanda (Stacy) Belcher, Yolanda Cross, Raynard Richmond and John (olisa) Watkins III; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Ron worked for Dominion Homes for several years. Visitation and Service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2010, 11:00AM – 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
