Ronald Lee Rumery

Ronald Lee Rumery, age 68, was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 11, 1956, to Foster and Mary Lou Rumery (Ensminger), died December 21, 2024.

In 2010 he returned to the US to marry a girl he dated in high school Lee Ellen Lindsey. They were together for 15 years until his death.

Ron was a kind man and he had a love for animals. He rescued his first raccoon that he bottle-fed as a boy and went on to save many stray cats and dogs.

Ron could fix almost anything and was often found helping others.

He is survived by his wife, Lee, brother, George (Sharron), sister Kathryn (Dave) Sowers, son Janosch, grandchildren Arijana and Zane, son Nicholas (Ashly), and grandchildren Ryan and Katarina. He has many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunt, uncle, and a niece.

He will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
